Luiza Xavier

Luiza Xavier is currently the Brazil Market Head at UBS Switzerland, overseeing client account management for Latin America and affluent clients. Previously, Luiza served as Co-Head of Risk, Control & Business Excellence at Credit Suisse Brasil, and held multiple leadership roles at BTG Pactual, including Executive Director and Head of Compliance for Latin America. Luiza's career in compliance and risk management also includes significant positions at Credit Suisse, where they were a Compliance Officer and Vice President. Luiza holds a Post Graduation degree in Finance from IBMEC-SP and a degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP.
