Lynn Challenger

Lynn Challenger is a financial executive with over 30 years of experience in capital markets and multi-asset trading. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of Trading at UBS Asset Management and are a Board Member at the International Capital Market Association and an Advisory Committee Member at Plato Partnership. Lynn has held various prominent roles, including Managing Director of Global Trading at Mellon Capital Management and Director of FX Options Trading at Dresdner Kleinwort, where they led trading and risk management efforts. Lynn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and has participated in the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
