Mads Kolbu

Mads Kolbu is a Director at UBS, specializing in process excellence, strategy, customer topics, and M&A-related initiatives. Mads holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics with a major in Strategy from BI Norwegian Business School and a Master of International Business from Queen’s University. Currently, Mads focuses on cost-reduction initiatives, process improvement, and the migration of Credit Suisse to UBS, overseeing critical data workstreams and client consent developments. Prior to their role at UBS, Mads worked with EY and Credit Suisse, where they managed various strategy and operational readiness projects in the financial services sector.
