Marek Eisler

Marek Eisler, Ph.D., is a seasoned Business Risk Manager with UBS, specializing in lean management, supply chain management, and process improvement. They began their career as a trainee in the PSE department at Faurecia Legnica and later served as a consultant and researcher at Lean Enterprise Institute Poland, where they led numerous training sessions and improved production processes significantly. Marek has also held leadership roles at VOSS Automotive and LeanCor, where they enhanced operational efficiencies through lean methodologies. Currently, they oversee the Third Parties Information Security Assessment Process at UBS. Marek earned both an MSc in Industrial Engineering and a Ph.D. in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Politechnika Wrocławska.
