Mark Hamilton

Mark Hamilton currently serves as Executive Director and Head of the Group Data Management Office and Cross Divisional Operations Audit at UBS since July 2025. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Vice President and Audit Leader for Treasury and Finance at American Express from February 2024 to July 2025. Mark's extensive experience at UBS includes various executive roles focusing on US Finance, Treasury, and CCAR Audit from October 2018 to February 2024. Previous positions include Vice President at J.P. Morgan and Barclays Investment Bank, where responsibilities centered around audit functions in Treasury and Finance. Mark began the professional journey at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in FICC Product Control and gained early experience in external audit at EY. Mark holds a CA in Accounting from ICAS and a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge, in addition to completing CFA Level I and II.
