Mark Mackenzie

Mark Mackenzie is a Managing Director at UBS, specializing in Equity Private Placements and providing solutions to entrepreneurs preparing for public transitions. They take a long-term approach to financing and connect entrepreneurs with investors for sustained value creation. Previously, Mark led the TMT Venture Capital efforts at AB, collaborating with buyside analysts to identify misvalued equities and serving on boards for notable companies. Their career began as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, followed by roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in research at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Mark holds a BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
