Mark Pringle currently serves as the Head of Incident and Problem Management at UBS since February 2024, having previously held the position of Service Delivery Manager at UBS Investment Bank since March 2004, where Mark is recognized as the Global Process Owner for incident and problem management across technology. Prior to these roles, Mark worked as a Support Analyst at Gulf International Bank from 2000 to 2004 and at Royal & Sun Alliance from 1998 to 2000, along with serving as GIS Team Lead at East Midlands Electricity from 1996 to 1998. Mark holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Corndel and an HND in Computer Science from Nottingham Trent University.
