Mark Shelton

Mark Shelton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of consulting and human capital management. They served as a Consultant and Director at McLagan from 1993 to 2002, then co-founded MGMC, where they held the position of Principal from 2002 to 2007. Subsequently, they were the Global Financial Services Practice Leader at Towers Watson until 2013 and later became a Human Capital Leader and Partner at EY until 2015. Currently, Mark serves as the Global Head of Performance & Reward at UBS, where they have been since 2020. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
