Mark Tepsich

Mark Tepsich is a Family Office Design and Governance Strategist currently serving as an Executive Director at UBS, where they advise family offices and executives on infrastructure and governance across the Americas. Previously, Mark worked as a Director of Multi Family Office at Next Capital Management LLC from 2018 to 2022 and as General Counsel for RMS Investment Group, LLC from 2008 to 2018, where they supported the Ratner Family's investment and development initiatives. Mark has also contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor at Kent State University from 2010 to 2015 and serves on the Board of Trustees for The Lillian and Betty Ratner Montessori School, chairing the Strategic Planning Committee.
