Marta Cabral is currently the Director of Group Internal Audit Issue Assurance BSA/AML at UBS, specializing in financial crime and regulatory compliance. With a comprehensive background that includes roles as a Project Manager at BNP Paribas and Risk & Compliance Head at MetLife, Marta has extensive exposure to the UK, Portuguese, Spanish, and French markets. They have developed strong business process management skills and expertise within the three lines of defense in financial services. Marta holds a licentiate degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and has pursued further education at Instituto Superior de Gestão Bancária.
