Martyna Mamzer

Martyna Mamzer possesses extensive experience in recruitment and psychology, having worked in various roles within prominent organizations. Martyna began as an Intern Recruiter Assistant at Adecco and progressed to positions such as Recruiter and Recruitment Specialist at BNY Mellon, IBM, and Credit Suisse, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, engaging with candidates, and fostering relationships with internal stakeholders. Currently, Martyna leads Internal Talent Attraction & Mobility for Poland at UBS and holds a position as a Psychologist at Ośrodek Dobrej Terapii. Martyna's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS and international business studies from Università degli Studi di Trento and Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu. Additionally, Martyna conducted Mindfulness workshops at the 'Pol and' Rock Festival in 2018.
