Matthew Bechtold

Matthew Bechtold is the Director of Data Quality Review at UBS, bringing a strong background in data management and business analysis to the role. Previously, they served as an Operational Risk Consultant at Wells Fargo from 2011 to 2019, where they developed quality control reporting and trained teammates on operational processes. Matthew also held positions at Credit Suisse between 2019 and 2022 as an AVP and then as a VP in Data Testing within the Chief Data Office. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, followed by a Master’s Degree in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from Saint Joseph's University.
