Melissa M. is currently the Head of IT for Latin America and Brazil at UBS, where they lead technological initiatives in a dynamic financial environment. They also serve as the Head of IT at UBS BB, having transitioned from various leadership roles, including Head of Equity IT for Brazil and Latin America at HSBC, as well as Trading Interfaces IT Manager at BM&FBOVESPA. Prior to these positions, Melissa excelled as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Paradigma Business Solutions S/A. They earned their MBA from Insper and hold both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
