Miao Nie

Miao (Emily) Nie is currently the Executive Director of Internal Audit, Quantitative Risk at UBS, specializing in model risk audit and management. They previously served as Director of Internal Audit, Quantitative Risk at UBS and were a Senior Modelling Analyst at LeasePlan, where they developed regulatory risk models. Miao has also worked as a Model Validator at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and completed an internship as a quantitative analyst at Sociale Verzekeringsbank. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Quantitative Finance from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s in Mathematical Finance from Zhejiang University.
