Michael Croffie

Michael Croffie, ACMA, CGMA, is the Executive Director and COO for Equity and Corporate Derivatives at UBS Investment Bank. Having begun their career as an Assistant Finance Analyst at Comet, they progressed to an Analyst role at Lehman Brothers before holding various managerial positions at UBS from 2006 to 2011. Throughout their tenure at UBS, Michael served as Business Manager for multiple divisions, including Convertible Bonds and Exchange Traded Derivatives, before assuming executive leadership in Structured Financing and Corporate Derivatives. They earned their Bachelor's degrees in Economics from Louisiana State University and Kingston University, and completed their secondary education at Tema Secondary School and Achimota.
