Michael Kaufmann, FRM, is currently the Head of Next Gen Innovations, Blockchain & Digital Assets at UBS in Switzerland. They previously held positions at Lykke as Global Head of Risk and at PwC Switzerland, where they advanced from Senior Consultant to Manager in Financial Services Consulting. Michael also gained experience in strategic marketing during an internship at Bayer and conducted research on biomaterials and implants at Peter Schupbach GmbH. They earned a Master of Science in Management, Technology and Economics from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the same institution.
