Michael Schmid

Michael Schmid has an extensive background in security systems, starting as a Servicetechniker for Einbruchmeldeanlagen at Cerberus AG from July 1989 to August 1996. From August 2002 to January 2007, Michael worked at Siemens as a Teamleiter, focusing on intrusion detection systems, access control systems, video surveillance, and providing technical training. Following this role, Michael served as a Fachspezialist für Einbruchmeldeanlagen, specializing in intrusion detection systems, remote transmissions, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems (Brandschutzfachmann Swissi). From September 2016 to May 2024, Michael held the position of Senior Subject Matter Expert and Fachspezialist für physische Sicherheit at Credit Suisse. Currently, Michael is the Service Manager Security at UBS since June 2024.
