Michele Lim is currently the Head of Circle One and Digital Banking Platforms at UBS, where they lead an award-winning digital wealth management platform that connects clients with exclusive insights and the UBS Global network. From 2021 to 2022, Michele served as the Head of Circle One by UBS, transitioning the platform from an app to an omnichannel experience. Prior to UBS, they held the role of Managing Director and Head of IB Equities for Southeast Asia at J.P. Morgan from 1994 to 2014, where they also chaired various committees supporting diversity and talent development initiatives. Michele completed an Executive Course at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
