Michelle Winistörfer commenced their career with a vocational training at Basler Versicherung in the claims department from 2003 to 2006. Following additional roles in the insurance industry, they transitioned to the finance sector, gaining comprehensive experience at Rüesch International between 2008 and 2011. Since 2011, Michelle has worked at UBS, where they have developed significant expertise in business management and as an executive assistant.
