Mina Hession

Mina Hession has extensive experience in corporate governance and legal matters, currently serving as the US Head of the Company Secretary’s Office and Corporate Secretary for UBS and Credit Suisse IHCs since October 2015. Additionally, Mina holds the title of Head of Corporate Office and Corporate Secretary of UBS Americas Holding LLC and serves as an Executive Director, focusing on corporate governance and regulatory issues. Prior to this, Mina was Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel at The Clearing House from November 2013 to October 2015, where responsibilities included corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. Mina began the legal career as a Corporate Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance from October 2005 to October 2013. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Barnard College.
