Mithila Dalvi

Mithila Dalvi is currently the Director of People Analytics India and has extensive experience in HR analytics and operations. They previously held positions as an HR Analyst at UBS and Associate Director for People Analytics in the APAC region. Mithila's career began at Convergys India Services, where they served as an Admin Assistant and later as a Reports Assistant. They earned a PGDHRM in Human Resources from Symbiosis College of Distance Learning and a B.Sc. in Physics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
