Monica Gamba

Monica Gamba is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director and HR Business Partner for UBS Wealth Management and Asset Management Divisions in Italy. They previously held various roles at UBS, including the HR Manager responsible for establishing the Human Resources function at UBS (Italia) S.p.A. in 1996, as well as leading payroll, administration, and HR innovation efforts. Prior to joining UBS, Gamba worked as an HR Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 1987 to 1996. They hold degrees from Università degli Studi di Bergamo and Waltham Forest College, among other educational achievements.
