Morgan Heyer is currently the Managing Director and Deputy Head of Financial Crimes Prevention for the Americas at UBS, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Morgan served as Director and Head of Financial Crimes Governance in the Wholesale Banking Division at Wells Fargo from 2016 to 2019, and worked as Executive Director and Global Head of the Anti-Corruption Group Compliance at Morgan Stanley from 2013 to 2014. With a strong background in anti-corruption compliance gained during their tenure at Credit Suisse and other leading financial institutions, Morgan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, which was awarded in 1998.
