Nandakumar Manoharan

Nandakumar Manoharan is currently the Director of Insider Threat Management at UBS, a position held since 2023. They have extensive experience in project and program management, previously serving as a Senior Project Manager at INTERPOL from 2011 to 2020, and as a Senior Manager at Snap Inc. from 2021 to 2022. Nandakumar began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Birlasoft from 2004 to 2006 and held various roles, including Project Manager at BNP Paribas Asset Management from 2007 to 2011 and Consultant at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd in 2006. They earned a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology in 2004 and a PhD in Strategy, Programme and Project Management from SKEMA Business School in 2012.
