Nemanja Pantic

Nemanja Pantic is currently the Crew Product Lead for KYC, Transaction Profiling, PEP, and Compliance Data Warehouse at UBS, where they drive global digitalization in Financial Crime Prevention and lead projects for AML/KYC policy changes. Previously, they served as Compliance Head of Shareholder Reporting EMEA at UBS, overseeing large shareholding compliance programs and managing stakeholder relationships. Nemanja has also held positions at Allianz Group as a Specialist for obligatory accident insurance and in the Midoffice at Man. They hold a bachelor's degree in General Management and Entrepreneurship from Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
