Nicholas Rossi served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer from May 2009 to August 2014 before transitioning to finance. After a brief role as a Summer Associate in Oil & Gas Investment Banking at Credit Suisse in June 2015, Nicholas held several positions in Mergers & Acquisitions, ultimately becoming a Vice President at UBS. From October 2023 to February 2025, Nicholas advanced to Director and then Managing Director in Technology Mergers & Acquisitions at UBS, a position held since February 2025. Nicholas earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from the US Naval Academy.
