Nik Boser

Nik Boser is the Head of Litigation Switzerland at UBS, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as General Counsel for Asset Management and EMEA at Credit Suisse from 2021 to 2024. Nik also gained experience as Legal Counsel for Structured Products at Clariden Leu from 2007 to 2012 and as a Rechtsanwalt at Meyer Lustenberger Attorneys at Law from 2005 to 2007. They hold a Licentiate degree from Universität Zürich and furthered their education with a Certificate in Business Administration from IE Business School and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern University, both obtained in 2010.
