Oleg Nagaev

Oleg Nagaev is the Head of IT at UBS, managing IT services for the bank's Wealth Management and Investment Bank divisions. They oversee IT strategy, budget planning, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with both local and global regulatory requirements. Oleg previously served as CIO at ING and has extensive experience as a software developer, having worked with several high-profile banks, including Deutsche Bank and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. They hold a Master of Science in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
