Oliver Willows

Oliver Willows is currently the Internal Communications Associate Director for Asset Management at UBS, where they manage a range of employee communication activities. Previously, Oliver served as a Communications Executive and Employee Communications and Engagement Manager at Miller Insurance Services LLP, excelling in internal communications and change management. With a strong background in communications, Oliver has also held various roles in research and philanthropy, demonstrating expertise in engaging diverse audiences and managing relationships across sectors. Oliver earned a BA in War Studies from King's College London and an MA in International Security from the University of Sussex.
