Omkar Chatterji

Omkar Chatterji is an experienced HR professional with over 12 years in the industry, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategic Advisor APAC at UBS. Omkar focuses on delivering strategic solutions to enhance inclusion and belonging across the organization while managing employee network groups and initiatives related to various inclusion themes. Prior to this role, Omkar contributed to Global Mobility and other HR workstreams at Credit Suisse, supporting over 400 global transfers. Omkar holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.Sc. in Zoology from Fergusson College.
