Patrick Bachmann is the Head of UBS Manage Group, responsible for global discretionary mandates and portfolio management of custom-made funds. They previously held several roles at UBS, including Global Head of Investment Management Product Lifecycle Management and Head of Investment Solutions. Prior to their time at UBS, they worked as a Financial Analyst at BZ Bank and as a Lecturer and Research Assistant at the University of Zurich, where they earned both an MBA and a Ph.D. in Economics, graduating summa cum laude. Patrick started their career as an Unternehmensplaner at Swiss Re.
