Patrick Baumgarten

Patrick Baumgarten is currently the Executive Director at UBS, leading US Person Policy Integration. They have extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management, having previously served as Head of US Cross Border & Client Tax Compliance Monitoring at Credit Suisse. Patrick began their career as a Project Controller at HP and has held various compliance roles within major financial institutions. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Swiss Contract and Economic Law and a Master's degree in Public and Economic Law from the Universität Zürich, as well as a Master of Laws in International Economic Law from Universiteit Maastricht.
