Patrick Stolz

Patrick Stolz is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head HR Personal and Corporate Banking and Head HR Switzerland at UBS. Patrick has held various leadership positions within UBS, including Global Head HR Shared Services and Senior Project Manager within GHRCS, where they have driven strategic initiatives and transformation projects. They began their career in project management roles at SRG SSR and Die Schweizerische Post before pursuing an academic background in business administration and computer science at the University of Bern, where they earned a Master’s degree. Patrick continues to advocate for sustainable performance and cultural excellence within the banking sector.
