Patsy F.

Patsy F. is an accomplished Community Affairs practitioner with over 20 years of experience in managing people, partnerships, and volunteer activities, as well as leading Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as an Executive Director at UBS AG, London Branch since March 2020, Patsy previously held the position of Director in Community Affairs at UBS since 1997 and was instrumental in designing and launching a community investment programme. Early career experience includes roles as HR Manager at SBC Warburg from 1990 to 1996 and as an Assistant in Corporate Finance at SG Warburg from 1985 to 1990. Patsy holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University and a CIPD qualification in Personnel and Development from the University of West London.
