Paul E. is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Executive Director leading APAC Digital Operations Technology and Hong Kong Investment Bank Technology for UBS. With a career spanning over 27 years, Paul has successfully driven large strategic projects and organizational change programs in various financial institutions, including roles at J.P. Morgan and BlackRock. They have a strong track record of providing consultancy, setting strategies, and developing technology teams while focusing on operational excellence and compliance. Paul holds an MSci in Physics from the University of Durham and is currently pursuing an MSc in Psychological Sciences at Brunel University London.
