Pedro Soares

Pedro Soares is an accomplished IT security professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and network security solutions. Currently serving as the Security Application Cluster Lead at UBS since June 2016, Pedro specializes in CyberArk Privileged Account Security support and authentication systems, ensuring compliance with banking policies while overseeing project planning and software releases. Prior to this role, Pedro worked as an IT Security Consultant at Novabase from January 2013 to May 2016, where responsibilities included the installation and configuration of various network and security appliances, as well as advising clients on best practices related to cybersecurity. Pedro holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa.
