Peter Schneider

Peter Schneider, PhD, is the Global Head of the UBS Leadership Academy, where they oversee Senior Executive Development, Line Manager Development, Key Talent Development, and more for over 10,000 leaders at UBS. With more than 18 years of experience in C-level leadership and talent development, they have made significant contributions to global business change initiatives. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Konstanz and a PhD in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Capella University, along with a background in banking from Commerzbank. Their expertise extends to designing leadership development strategies and managing complex global initiatives.
