Pieter Devos

Pieter Devos is currently the Director of Performance Management at UBS, where they manage performance management initiatives and oversee data related to people restructuring. Pieter previously held various leadership roles at Credit Suisse, including Vice President of Performance Management and Human Capital Management, where they focused on global performance management and data analytics. Earlier in their career, Pieter served as a Vice President at Lehman Brothers and as an Associate Director at Barclays Investment Bank, specializing in financial planning and analysis. Pieter earned an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a BA from Fordham University.
