Prashant Sinha

Service and Product Lead

Prashant Sinha has extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors, including a notable tenure in the Indian Air Force from May 1995 to June 2008 as an Administrative and Air Traffic Control Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing air traffic operations and personnel administration. Following this, Prashant served at Cognizant from March 2016 to January 2020 as a Delivery Excellence Manager, focusing on improving IT service delivery in the UK Geo. Prior to Cognizant, Prashant held multiple roles at Tech Mahindra, including Onsite Relationship Manager and Senior Manager in the Program Management Office, where the emphasis was on customer engagement and project management process standardization. Currently, since January 2020, Prashant works at UBS as a Service and Product Lead, driving service level management and program finance to enhance service delivery and achieve financial efficiencies through vendor partnerships.
