Rachael Sledge is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Global Asset Management CFO and APAC CFO at UBS since September 2011. In addition to these roles, Rachael chairs the Global Group Finance Diversity and Inclusion Council and has held various leadership positions within UBS, including APAC Wealth Management CFO and Managing Director for Regional and Investment Banking Business Partner in APAC Finance. Prior to joining UBS, Rachael worked at UBS Investment Bank from 2000 to 2011 as Executive Director for IB Finance and IB Strategy, along with a role as an Equity Research Analyst. Rachael holds both a BA (Hons) and a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Master's Degree from the University of British Columbia, where Rachael was a Commonwealth Scholar.
