Ralph Hemsley

Ralph Hemsley currently serves as the Senior Financial Crime Strategy and Transformation Officer at UBS, where responsibilities have included leading financial crime surveillance and employee monitoring. In addition, Ralph holds the presidency of the Alumni Organisation Universität Luzern and serves on the Naturalization Commission for the City of Lucerne. Ralph's academic background includes a Doctor of Law from the University of Lucerne and a Master's degree in Human Rights from the University of London. Previous roles range from Contract Manager at Accenture to Technical Accountant at AXA Winterthur, alongside experience as a Diving Instructor in various organizations.
