Reagan Thomas

Reagan Thomas is an experienced leader with over 15 years in the Information Technology and Finance sectors, focusing on change management across diverse geographies such as India, China, and Singapore. Currently serving as the Executive Director, APAC Head of Third Party Risk Management at UBS, they lead regulatory compliance initiatives and oversee the third-party risk management process. Previously, Reagan held various roles at UBS, including Associate Director and Director, where they successfully managed large-scale transitions and implemented significant cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, Reagan has experience as a Project Manager at iSoftStone, facilitating complex outsourcing projects for major financial clients and promoting change management activities.
