Regula Blum is currently the Switzerland People Transition Lead at UBS, where they manage initiatives such as HR Agile Delivery and the global implementation of hybrid working. With extensive experience in HR transformation across 52 countries, Regula has successfully led various strategic change programs, including the Joiner-Mover-Leaver initiative. Before their current role, they built and managed HR operations teams in Germany and Switzerland. Regula holds an Executive Master in Human Resource Management and has a background in education as a former teacher.
