Richard Harper

Richard Harper is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in automation and IT operations. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Automation Platforms at UBS since July 2008, Richard leads initiatives that enhance efficiency and visibility for IT and business clients through various automation capabilities, including observability and robotics process automation. Previously, Richard held the positions of Director/VP in Infrastructure Services Operations Automation and Director in Infrastructure Services Engineering. Richard's career began at Abilitec Ltd from 2003 to 2008 as a Consultant. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Computer Networks and Internet Engineering from Loughborough University, obtained in 2005.
