Richard Xing

Richard Xing is a Recruiting Director at UBS, bringing over 10 years of HR experience gained in multinational companies across China and Asia. Previously, Richard served as a Talent Acquisition AVP at State Street, where they managed the talent acquisition center of excellence, and held roles at Acxiom China, Adecco Personnel Services, and Manpower China. Richard started their career as a consultant and has focused on talent acquisition, employer branding, and performance management throughout their professional journey. They hold an MBA from ENPC MBA Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
