Riya Sengupta

Riya Sengupta is an experienced End-to-End Test Manager, IT Business Analyst, and Initiative Manager with a diverse background in instructional design and operations. They worked as a Freelance Instructional Designer from 2012 to 2014, and later took on roles at UBS and Credit Suisse, focusing on test management and identity/access management processes. Riya also served as an Instructional Designer at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2007 to 2012, and began their career at Compare Infobase Limited as a Knowledge Executive. They hold a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Calcutta, completing their studies there in 2006.
