Rohan Padhye

Rohan Padhye is a seasoned professional in financial crime compliance and transaction monitoring, currently serving as Director of Transaction Monitoring Standards at UBS since July 2024, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the AML TM program for UBS CUSO and Brazil entities. Prior to this role, Rohan held various positions at Credit Suisse, including Vice President and Head of Transaction Monitoring for the US FCC, where responsibilities included overseeing the US transaction surveillance program and navigating regulatory exams.
