Ron Bass

Ron Bass is an Executive Director and Market Director at UBS, with over 25 years of experience in finance focused on coaching, recruiting, and cultivating a culture of excellence in wealth management. Previously, Ron held various leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, including Business Development Officer and Branch Manager. Ron graduated from the University of Louisville with a BS in Marketing. Outside of work, Ron resides in Union, KY, where they actively contribute to the community and enjoy recreational activities such as golfing, fishing, running, and boating.
