Ron Rougeau

Ron Rougeau is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development and release management. Currently serving as Executive Director of Global DevOps Platforms at UBS since August 2012, Ron has led change and release management operations, focusing on continuous improvements and streamlined global roadmaps. Prior to UBS, Ron held various leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including Head of SDLC and Deployment Services, where skillful management of software packaging services was demonstrated across multiple regions. Ron's career also includes significant contributions at DMR/Fujitsu, Madge Networks, and other organizations, showcasing a solid foundation in project assessment, process improvement, and technical guidance. Education includes studies at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
