Ronald Jansen is an AI and quantitative finance leader currently serving as the Global Head of the AI Lab at UBS. They previously worked as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2018, where they led a global team focused on technology platforms and analytics in investment banking. Earlier in their career, Jansen was a Research Fellow at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, specializing in bioinformatics and systems biology, and completed a PhD at Yale University in bioinformatics. Jansen holds degrees in Engineering from Dartmouth College and RWTH Aachen.
